Membership tiers based on the following passenger count details- 5 pax – GFC Special, 6-20 pax – GFC Silver, 21 pr more pax – GFC Gold level membership.

Membership is valid for 1 year, renewable by November 30th every year. Renewal Tier will be based on the number pax booked in the current year. If the required number of passengers for a specific tier are not booked in 1 year, the membership will automatically be shifted to the Tier eligible based on the for the number of pax booked and sold. Similarly an increased number of pax booked will help you climb in your status.

Any change of contact details of the members should be updated with the GFC, to receive our promotional information on a regular basis.

GFC membership and its benefits are not transferable. However, you may carry forward your membership if you make a career enhancement.

The GFC programme may be modified at any point of time by Globus family of brands as per their discretion.

Discount travel benefits for all tiers are applicable only on the price of the tour. Airfare, visas and taxes etc. have to be borne by the GFC members. Other conditions may apply with regards to the vacation tour.

It is compulsory that all GFC members take and clear the online test before getting their membership.

The onus of giving the sold invoices is with the member. It is not GFC’s responsibility to find out details of these. Only one invoice per person can be claimed.

GFC has the right to cancel any membership without assigning any reason what soever and to deny membership to any applicant. GFC also reserves the right to offer honorary membership to any person who may or may not qualify in any slab without assigning any reason what so ever.

The responsibility of adding information about new invoices lies on the GFC member. Please make sure you have updated the details of all your invoices under your account.
